This privacy policy governs your use of the ABAGTAGPS software application (“Application”) for mobile devices created by ABAGTA GPS. The Application is a GPS TRACKING application. The main objective of the application is to know the location of cars and assets with generic GPS trackers.
Does the Application collect accurate real-time device location information?
When you use the mobile application, we use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location. Location data is displayed on the map in real time. We will not share your current location data with other users or partners.
If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set out above, you must disable the mobile application's location services located in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.
Do third parties see and/or have access to the information obtained by the Application?
We will not share your current location data with other users or partners.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can easily stop all information collection by the Application by uninstalling the Application. You can use standard uninstall processes that are available as part of your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data retention policy, management of your information
We do not collect location data while you use the Application.
Children
We do not promote the Application to children under 13 years of age.

We care about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process.
